OUR APPROACH

No drama. Just good joinery.

We like to keep things simple, transparent and well-organised. From first chat to final fit, you’ll know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and who’s turning up at your door.

01 LET'S CHAT

It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you’re trying to achieve, what’s driving you mad about the space, and what you absolutely don’t want (we listen carefully to that bit). We’ll talk ideas, materials, budgets and timelines. No pressure. Just sensible advice from people who build this stuff for a living.

02 SURVEY

Measuring twice. Measuring again. Then measuring once more.
We come to your home to see the space in real life (because walls lie on floor plans). We’ll take detailed measurements, check levels, spot quirks, and talk through practical details like access, electrics and finishes. This is where good joinery begins, before a single piece of timber is cut.

03 DESIGN

Where the ideas get their act together. Using everything we’ve learned, we create a bespoke design that fits your space perfectly and actually works day-to-day. We’ll refine proportions, layouts and details until it feels right. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is built until you’re happy and signed off.

04 BUILD

Made properly, not hurried. Your furniture is built by us in our workshop using quality materials. We take our time here. Clean lines, solid construction, smooth finishes. No cutting corners unless you specifically ask for a corner unit.

05 INSTALLATION

When installation day arrives, we turn up on time, protect your space, and fit everything carefully and precisely. We work efficiently, keep mess to a minimum, and treat your home like it’s our own. By the time we leave, it should look like the furniture has always been there.

06 COMPLETION

We do a final check, make sure everything opens, closes and sits exactly as it should, and walk you through the finished piece. If there are any small tweaks needed, we sort them. Then we stand back together and admire some very good joinery. Job done. Tea optional but appreciated.
